By accessing and using NINAUN QUIZ WORKER, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and application.

3. Worker Application

All workers must submit an application for approval. NINAUN QUIZ WORKER reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approved workers must agree to these terms before accessing the platform.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Our platform implements device locking for security. Your account may only be used on approved devices.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: use automated systems or bots, create multiple accounts, share account credentials, attempt to manipulate the system, or engage in fraudulent activities. Violation will result in immediate account termination.

6. Payments

Earnings are calculated based on completed tasks and quizzes. Payouts are made at the discretion of the admin team. You must have a verified NIN and valid bank account to receive payments.

7. NIN Verification

All workers must verify their National Identity Number (NIN) before receiving payouts. One NIN can only be associated with one account. False NIN information will result in account termination.

8. Termination

NINAUN QUIZ WORKER reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

NINAUN QUIZ WORKER is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
